About a dozen kilometers from Diego Suarez are the three bays: Bay of Sakalava, Bay of Pigeon and Bay of Dunes. Lined with heavenly beaches, the Three Bays are a true jewel of beauty in this part of the Indian Ocean. We begin the walk by taking a 5-kilometer sandy road to reach the first bay, Sakalava Bay. The latter is very famous for being a very good spot for windsurfing, kitesurfing and windsurfing by the great foreign and local fans.

After a short break in Bay of Sakalava, on the way to reach the second bay which is called Bay of Pigeon. A stop is planned halfway to give you the opportunity to discover the oldest Baobab in the region, which is already over 400 years old.

A big favorite for the Bay of Dunes, the third bay, the sea is turquoise and very calm with a particularly pleasant white sand beach, it is breathtaking. It is the ideal place to swim and relax.

The visit of the lighthouse and the old French colonial fortifications in Orangea will allow you to make a brief incursion into the history of this northern region of Madagascar and to have a breathtaking view of the coast of the Emerald Sea in the distance and the Bay of Pigeons.

We will finish our loop by leaving the Orangea camp to reach the village of Ramena. Lunch in the Village, swimming!
