The three bays, namely Bay of Sakalava, Bay of Pigeon, and Bay of Dunes, are located approximately twelve kilometers from Diego Suarez. The Three Bays, with their dreamy beaches, are a splendid natural treasure in this part of the Indian Ocean.

We begin our adventure by following a 5-kilometer sandy path that leads us to the first bay, known as Bay of Sakalava. This destination is widely recognized as an excellent spot for windsurfing, kitesurfing, and windsurfing among local and international enthusiasts.

After a brief stop in Bay of Sakalava, we head to the second bay, Bay of Pigeon. A stop is planned halfway through to allow you to explore the oldest baobab tree in the area, which is said to be over 400 years old.

The third bay, Bay of Dunes, is truly a hit. The sea is turquoise and peaceful, with a particularly pleasant white sand beach, a breathtaking sight. It is the perfect place to take a dip and relax.

Exploring the lighthouse and the remains of the French colonial fortifications at Orangea offers a concise overview of the history of this northern part of Madagascar. You can also admire the beauty of the Emerald Sea coast in the distance, as well as Bay of Pigeon.

Our tour will conclude by passing through the Orangea camp and heading towards the village of Ramena, followed by a meal there and a swim!
