For the second day of your South-West Madagascar tour, your guide and driver will take you to the village of Miandrivazo, located on the banks of the Tsiribihina River.

Along the road, you will discover rice terraces, typical of the Malagasy Highlands, traditional houses made of beaten earth with tiled or thatched roofs.

A stop is planned in the town of Ambatolampy, a former military district established by Radama I known for its factories of pots and other aluminum kitchen utensils. Here, the trades of forging and the foundry are passed down from generation to generation.

This stop is dedicated to a short visit to the forge and one of the foundry workshops in the city. Continuation towards the thermal town of Antsirabe, capital of the Vakinankaratra region. Lunch in the town of Antsirabe.

In the afternoon, you will take the road to the West towards the village of Miandrivazo for an estimated arrival around 6 p.m.

Check-in, dinner and night at the hotel Princess Tsiribihina or similar.

On the third day of your South-West Madagascar tour, after breakfast, departure to join the capital of Menabe: Morondava.

Along the journey, you will cross beautiful southern landscapes and see baobabs before your estimated arrival in the capital of Menabe.

Check-in at your hotel Chez Maggie or similar. Dinner and Night

Breakfast, you take the road to Bekopaka, where you will ride for a long day on the tracks of the region. A Short stop at the avenue of baobab where you will take a short break for photos. After the photo session at sunrise in the baobabs, you continue the track to the River Tsiribihina, cross the river by ferry and disembark at the village of Belo sur Tsiribihina.

After lunch, you take the track again to discover the small Tsingy of Bemaraha. You cross the River Manambolo by ferry to reach the other bank and finally arrive at the village of Bekopaka.

Check-in at your hotel Olympe du Bemaraha or similar . Dinner and Night.

Early morning departure to discover the Big Tsingy 25km to the north. You start with the descent by canoe of the gorges of Manambolo to the destination of the bat caves and the passage to the tombs of the little men "Vazimba", before discovering the Big Tsingy of Bemaraha. Without forgetting the hanging bridge and its belvederes with magnificent views of the entire park.

The Tsingy are very sharp and pointed karst limestone rock formations up to 60 m high, hide several species of rare plants and constitute a refuge for several species of animals including lemurs. Picnic lunch during the excursion.

Return to the hotel in the end of the afternoon. Dinner and Night

The journey and adventure continue. Departure on the same road to Morondava, capital of Menabe. After 4 hours of driving, you arrive at Belo sur Tsiribihina. Lunch on the way. In the afternoon, crossing on the River Tsiribihina by ferry for 1 hour will be on the agenda.

This day of travel is unforgettable because you arrive at the right time to enjoy watching the sunset in the avenue of baobabs. Not forgetting the photo shoots of the different colours of the sky among the baobabs before a big goodbye to these magical trees.

Return to the hotel in Morondava around 7 p.m. Dinner and Night.

For this last day of your South-West Madagascar tour, your driver and accompanying guide will accompany you to the nearest craft market for your purchases of souvenir items from your trip to Madagascar in Morondava.

To end the tour, they will transfer you to the airport of Morondava for your return to Antananarivo (the capital of Madagascar).
